In-form filly Broderie heads back to Germany for the G3 Grosser Preis der Landeshauptstadt Dresden over seven furlongs – the shortest distance she has raced over - at Dresden on Sunday, 16 June.
The four-year-old daughter of Pivotal enjoyed a successful trip to the country for French-based trainer Henri-Alex Pantall on Wednesday, 1 May, when quickening strongly for a decisive victory by nearly six lengths in the Listed Grosser Preis von Rossmann over a mile at Hanover.
Soufiane Saadi, on board for that victory, takes the ride again on Broderie, who has seven rivals headed by G2 Gran Criterium third Revelstoke.
Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin said: “Broderie won her Listed race in Germany very easily last time and this looks a great opportunity for her.
“Racing over seven furlongs should be fine. Henri-Alex Pantall, who has trained a lot of the family, was always looking to drop her down in trip and she has a fast pedigree.”
