Three-year-old fillies Wild Bud & Discursus go after G3 honours at Rome’s Capannelle racecourse on Sunday, October 29.

Andrea Antzeni partners both daughters of Dubawi, who are trained by Henri-Alex Pantall in France.

Wild Bud is stepping up in class for the G3 Premio Carlo E Francesco Aloisi and returning to six furlongs following a career-best victory in a five-furlong Listed race at Munich, Germany on October 8. She is drawn three of the seven participants.

Discursus tries for a third straight win over a mile in the seven-runner G3 Premio Ribot and heads to Italy on the back of a decisive success in a Listed contest at Hanover, Germany on September 17.

Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin said: “Wild Bud will appreciate conditions and the step back up to six furlongs should suit her.

“She did well to take a Listed race last time out and should run another good race.

“Discursus has progressed all year and goes into this race on the back of a nice win in Germany. Hopefully, she can take another step up.”
